Anyway, what's the issue? If they are contacting for collection purpose, send them the debt validation letter before negotiating for settlement.

I believe that is the collection agency for the storeftont PDL/Pawn Shop by the name of Mister Money.

they just left vm on phone and i don't know their address. wanted info before i called them back.

they called my house. said they are sending a sherrif to my house to hand me a summons. They say i have like 10 loans which i never applied for or got. they have harrassed my mom's house and a couple of my other relatives. saying they are pursuing legal action against me . is there a way i can get them to stop calling me for something i havent even done i have told them to F off alot of time but yet they still call.

ps no sherrif has come to my house either i think they are just using scare tactics to get me to pay something that doesnt exsist

This company is calling me on behalf of Pay Day Loan yes. I have so far supposedly talked to a Frank Otto in the legal department. He said they are supposedly a 3rd party company. So the question becomes are they really legal or not?

I found a US Capital Recovery in Erie county of New York by doing a coporation search, but still no luck on finding out any additional information.
