Garnishement..any help apprieciated!

In short, I had a judgement against me in Missouri, collector scared me into sending a payment which resulted in them getting my checking acct info. They put a freeze on the acct and took money, which I then closed. I now live in another state w/ another account...can they cross into another state freeze my current account and/or garnish my checks(I was unemployed when the first freeze happened)? Would they have to sue me all over again in my current state to try and garnish wages?
