loan-freeze bank account

I hope this is not the second time that I Have posted this. I got confused how to look up the forum and find mines. Hi all. I have a couple of questions about two loan companies (ez paydaycash, payday loan yes). I live in North Carolina and I was wanting to freeze my accout so that they will not take anything out of it. This is my first time wanting to do this. My check is deposited every 1st of the month. I am going to pay them back this month (August) I am just in a jam for a couple of weeks here.

If I feeeze my account, will they still be able to get anything out and will I be able to get my money out to pay my bills. I was also wanting to know, is there a way I can get on a website to see if a loan company is license?
