by noon on monday i have to pay eagle loan 225,00 or i am going to leagel depart. is this a crime eagle is installment loan. not payday loan also lost job cashland missed payment defaulted on payment plan what should i do they said it might go to the police dept for writing a bad check. please please advise freaking out.
