this is a great site thanks for ansewing my questions. i took out a loan storefront got fired from job, call storefront and told them they set up a plan, the next day my boss called me said he was just cutting my pay , i could not keep the agreement with storefront they called work to see if i got fired which i did not get fired after all. now the storefront is saying i committed fraud and they are taking me to there attorney unless i pay the whole amount by this friday which i can not do. can i go to jail for this . i want to now what i should do . also eagle loan is an installment loan not a payday loan they are taking me to leagel . what are the rules for installment loans in ohio. i am down and really behind i can let rent go but i think that would be a mistake. thsanks for your help.
