I got a email from them that they are sending me to a collection agency now.
I told them I over paid on my loan and it was illegal to have roll overs or extensions in the state of CA.

you have overpaid.i would wait until the bottomfeeder collector contacts.then get the name and file an AG complaint.this place doesn't turn up in the DFI database or the AG database.therefore they are illegal,and i suspect any collector will be too.
