A Summon for collection of debt was NOT served

to me and was returned to court for wrong address I was told from court office. I moved to a new address before they have send it. I was just notified (50 days after it was filed ) in court..The lawyers that are the retainers of the Collector sent me a notice for repayment plan...and mentioning there is a summon against me.....This is leaving me with no chance and time(the 30 days they give you by Law to answer to the claim and send Questionnaire) so I can defend myself. Anybody knows how many days after this 30 days they have right to sue you and if they have right to sue you if their claim was officially returned to court?
