Hi everyone! Thanks for all of the good advice that is flowing on here. I'm stuck about what to do right now. I have 2 pdls. One from BIG (now that I've read everything on here, I hope I can stop them from hitting my account again) in the amount of $250 of which I have way overpaid in the amount of $1010. The other is with Cashnetusa in the amount of $500. I have paid them on this loan $383.73. Of course, I still owe them the remaining balance and plan to contact them tomorrow about an epp. I have placed a reversal on the ACH from BIG. They contacted me after 2 were returned on my work phone and I informed them that I am not allowed to receive personal calls at work. I explained to the person that I did not know how to contact them. He asked me how often I checked my email and that they have sent me an email a day for the past month. I explained to him that I check my email frequently throughout the day and have not received anything. I explained that I check my junk mail, also. I told him that it must be a problem with their system, as mine is working fine. He insisted that it was my problem and did I have another email. I told him no. Also, when he said I needed to pay them $325 to close the loan, I told him that they are in breach of their own contract and that I have paid more than that amount. He read something to me from the supposed contract (of which I never received) and I explained that I did not agree to that. I asked for a number to call them back and he provided the 877-283-6730. I have tried calling that number and receive a strange recording telling me that all associates are busy, please leave my name, number and social security number and they'll get back to me. Yeah right. Later that day, another person BIG called my work number again and left a voicemail. Phew, that's a lot. So, what can I do now? Oh, BIG got around my ACH block by submitting an echeck from a different company. It says that they are submitting it on behalf of BIG Ltd. This company is driving me crazy and I'd love to have some of my money back but I know that's not going to happen. I just want to stop them from hitting my account again. Any advice is welcomed!! Thanks.

First you need to place your account on "deposit only" status to stop BIG LTD from debiting it. Dispute the check with your bank and let them know you gave them no authority to debit your account.

Have you sent ACH revoke letters to BIG LTD yet? You owe not one red cent. So I suggest ignoring the calls if possible and do not communicate with them at all. They oew you a major refund!!

I have not sent the ACH revoke letter yet. I just found the template last night. Should I fax it or mail it? Both? The only fax I have access to is at work and I don't want them to start sending stuff here.

The problem with putting Deposit Only on my account is that there isn't a local branch. I use USAA, so everything is done online, on the phone and through the mail. I wouldn't be able to access my account to even put gas in my car. I'm going to call USAA in a bit and ask what I should do. I sent an email yesterday in response to an email they sent me asking what to do. If I don't have a reply soon, I'll call.

Thank you so much for your help!

I called the bank. I was on the phone with them for close to 30 minutes. They had to transfer me to the "complex" dept because my situation was strange. Once I talked to the complex dept, she said she had to complete a work order and they will investigate it further to see what can be done. Fingers crossed!
