Payday loan help need.

My friend had a payday loan that he defaulted on in august of this year. He closed my bank account and after few days they have stopped calling Him.He need to take out a small payday loan. If he do this with other company, can the other company have access to his bank account & can effects on his credit history.

Please help me,so i will help him. Waiting for reply.
