Hello. Here is my problem. To begin I live in the state of NC. I have taken out ipdl's before with no problem thru mycashnow.com and paydaymax.com. I mean it wasnt the most logical thing to do but I tooks loans out for 100.00 and they deposited into my account then when agreed they withdrew the owed 118.00 or so. Now recently I took a loan with salaryfast.com. They said the minimum loan amount was 200.00 and the finance charge was $75.00! I know stupid stupid me. Well apparently I orig gave incorrect bank account info and corrected the account number but I never recvd the loan. It has never been deposited into my account. I tried to call the so called 1-800-customer service number but they just refer you to open "tickets" on the website and they answer you that way. There is no possible way to speak to a person I have tried for the last 3 days. It says in the frequently asked questions on the website that you can cancel your loan withou any fees if you contact them by 5pm the next day after the funds were deposited. Well I told them just cancel the loan. They say they cannot cancel the loan until they recieve the funds back(since they sent to wrong acct number) but if for some "unlikely" reason according to them that they dont recieve the funds back I am responsible for all the loan and finance charge and any "other" fees they may incur? How can I owe for something I never recvd? I called my bank and asked if something was sent to the wrong acct # what happens and they said they return the next day. Has anyone heard of salaryfast.com and what should I do. Should I close my checking acct? Thankyou for everyone who can help. This is kind of embarrasing but I just made a bad decision.
