PDL question

I have a loan out with CashNETUSA in Pa - from what I can gather they are the only legal one I have to deal with. THe rest of my loans are from illegal PDL companies. What does this mean exactly? The original loan was for $1000 - and I rolled it over 4 times - I have to get the excat amount I paid on it. But am I still only obligated to pay the principal or do I need to pay back all the interest accrued? They say I still owe $400 on it.

As far I know pdls are illegal in PA. Is cashnetusa legal?? Not sure. Hopefully some one knowledgeable would soon be at your rescue. But if they are legal then they are entitled to receive all the charges and interest.
