Just got served and they listed 2 accounts on the same summons. They sued after 170 days, which I thought was quick. I have been in contact with them and told them my situation, but I guess it didn't matter. I will file an answer, any suggestions from you guys and gals would be appreciated.

Sadly there are few suggestions we can give. With these suits being thrown out so fast most of these companies have no problem validating the debt since it is fresh in their system. Only advice would be to consider a payment program if you can or consider taking the judgment for now and waiting until you are on your feet to repay. There is always the open door of bankruptcy but this is a personal choice that is often difficult. Keep your head up high and just remember to take things one day at a time so you don't feel overwhelmed.

I also wanted to know if I should send a DV letter after I received the summons, even though it is still with the OC. Thanks
