Internet Law Supersede State Law???

I was told by a payday lender, Paycheck Today, that internet law supersede's state law. I know they are probably trying to scare me, but wanted to double check and see if anyone in your forum knew the sure answer to this. Thanks.

I seriously doubt that, considering that state law is state law and there's no policing the internet. It's been talked about for quite some time and there's just no way to police the internet. This pdl is trying to use a scare tactic on you.
