Question,
My mother-in-law lives with us and gives us 300 a month for rent. when doing a Means test do I count the $300 or do I have to count all of her soc. sec. appx $975 as household Income. We do claim her on our taxes because it cost us well over 300 a month to take care of her.

i would definetly consult an attorney, my inital reaction was no you dont need to include it, but since you claim her on your taxes it probably changes things.
