What kind of debt would these be considered? Are they open accounts, written, or oral?
My sister got a letter from Allied Interstate saying she owed $179 to Columbia House dvd club. I know that she had an account about 5 years ago and returned the dvd's because she did not like the club. Then yesterday she got a letter from Allied Interstate for $179.
