phone call and phone messages

The message I receive from Kim Smith at my home and at my work is this: We are a collection agency, you had better return this call to 323-207-7417 if you know what is good for you. If you do not return this call we wish you good luck as we are going to have you arrested. I called first number-disconnected. I returned the call to Lisa Smith at 323-207-7417. She advised me: I would be going to jail for money laundering, opening a loan with the intention to defraud, obtaining a loan with fraudulent information. Lisa Smith (I don't believe is her true name) refuses to give me the name of the company she represents. She says I took out a loan for $200, paid back $200 and now owe $750.00 She won't give me the loan company, loan number, address, or fax number. I am not disputing that I took out a loan as I have 4 payday loans and am going through Greenpath Debt Solutions, to pay these back. Lisa is calling me at work and leaving me horrible messages, which someone else listened to, told my supervisor who threatened to fire me. Greenpath says there is nothing they can do about it. They advised me to send them a letter via fax or regular mail, however once again, this women refuses to give me info. She wants my new checking account, which I will not give her. Anyone heard of these two numbers? I think these people are from India actually. Sorry for the lengthy post, but if I sound desperate, its because I am.

i get some phone calls from different #s also. when they leave me messages, they give me different numbers. the #s that shows up on my caller id are the ones i call back, and i get a message from verizon saying its a disconnected #. some lady, with noisy background and full of statics, leaves me messages, saying if they dont hear from me today or from my attorney, she wishes me good luck. hehehe. whatever will happen to me? good luck?? that ima be goin to jail etc etc so good luck to me?! i googled some #s, they say all scams. they have some indian accents on some of them, but lady sounds like an old asian lady. as if she's reading some thing. and her voice is kinda low as if she's too far away. and lotsa noise on the background and some statics. i just ignored them. and i never heard from them. i googled #s if they leave me msgs that sounds fishy. and most of them are scams.

I can handle these type of calls at home, however the ones at work just totally.... literally... freak me out to the point I get chest pains. (had 2 stress related heart attacks in the past). I will never...ever....get another payday loan again. So there is nothing I can do about the calls at work, right??? If these people know they are already in trouble, nothing can be done to stop them. Another question, does anyone know if Magnum is legal in Illinois? What is the best way, once my debt consolidation company offers proposals to get these people to stop adding interest and other charges to the end of the loan? I am not disputing I owe money on these loans ..not at all. I just want to see an end in site. :(
