In North Carolina Internet payday lenders are not legal, either because of restrictive laws, or because the state does not license companies not located in that state, but requires a state issued license to lend. ALL of your Internet loans are illegal. This means you are only responsible for paying them back the principal amount you borrowed to begin with, no fees, no interest. Deduct ANYthing you have paid them from the principal amount you borrowed. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
I searched the CFSA site to see if any of your store front lenders were members, unfortunately they aren't. Click the link below to see the member list at the CFSA ( Community Financial Services Association of America)

If I were you, I would talk to someone at the corporate offices
If I were you, I would talk to someone at the corporate offices of these store front lenders. Just google them to see if you can find the corporate office telephone numbers. Ask them if you could get on an extended payment plan so you can pay these off. Explain your situation, perhaps you can convince them to help you, especially if you have been a good customer.
