California PDL Help

Hi,
I live in california and have 6 PDL online and with the economy have needed to turn to PDL for help. It was a great help when I needed it and have been drowning in interest fees but doing everything I can to pay them on time to get out of the vicious circle. I stumbled on to this website and I'm so HAPPY that I did. I didn't even realize the the company(s) were over charging me illegally. I am more than happy to pay the principle loan(and I think I have after all the interest fees that I have paid for the past 3 months!) Is there anyone who can help me to identify if the company that gave me the loan is a legal company so that I can take immediate action to send the revocation of the ACH. Thank you so much for the information that I have already found on this website. Is there a copy of the revocatio letter that I can send to the lender? Thank you!
Also, I have read that the only true obligation to the illegal company(s) is the amount of the inital/Principle amount of the loan. Does this mean that I just add up the amount in payments that I have already paid and if that amount is more than the intial loan I can request a refund??
