If I have one garnishee against me now can another creditor garnishee me again which would make two garnishees with the same employer.

According to the Federal law, not more than 25% of the disposable income of the debtor can be garnished. So, if this limit has already been met then the second creditor may not get a wage garnishment judgment against you.
However, this limit doesn't apply for spousal support and child support, if applicable.
