ERC Group called my husband's phone. Eck gads! Didn't want him to know that we had some nsf charges on our old bank dating back close to 2 years ago. It's one of those bills that I've got to get paid but the funds are extremely tight right now.
After my husband called me and told me that I immediately came over and printed out a c&d letter and faxed it to them. Hopefully they won't be calling my husband anymore.
Now which letter do I sent to Wells Fargo?
