Need more information. Was this court ordered? Usually the court sets a deadline. When we won out of court we got the funds within 10 days. Other violations I won on without an attorney were usually within 30 days.
I received a Rule 68 Offer of Judgement via the US District Cour
I received a Rule 68 Offer of Judgement via the US District Court, District of MN on 7/15/09 which I had 10 days to accept and did accept thru my attorney on 7/25/09 (we were attempting to work out a settlement on one of the debts but it did not go thru) and to date, i have not received my money. My lawyer keeps saying he's working on it but nothing to date, any suggestions? Thanks!
