What are the names of the payday lenders, are they Internet or Store Front lenders? What may be happening here is the lenders are unlicensed, this means they didn't follow the law to begin with and aren't about to just because you have included them in the bankruptcy. Most are overseas, they don't care about the laws of the U.S., and unfortunately will continue to harass you, even well after the BK is over.

Vip--400(120 in fees) has PDM contacting me in reference to them. They called my job twice today and threatened me with bad check charges.
Cash Central-400.00 (103.95 in fees)
Cashnet USA-- 2025 (only borrow 1300)
Integerity Advance-- 500 (150 in fees)
Nationwide Cash 600 (90 in fees) threatened me with Internet fraud (wow)
Ameriloan--400 (120 in fees)
SQS--300 (90 in fees)
Fast and Reliable Cash 400 (120 in fees)
All internet loans. I did found out they are illegal here in Maryland and will be contacting the Maryland in reference to them. The constant harrassment is a pain in the butt. I wish I never would of relied them to help in my financial situation. I used these companies before and paid them off with know problem but I got into a financial situation. Now I have to focus on my mortgage and other main bills in order to live. Thats why I have to file bankruptcy.

CashNetUSA looks like the only licensed lender you have, I'm surprised they aren't adhering to the Bankruptcy laws, I would report them to the FTC (Link to file a complaint is in my signature), they need to have their license revoked for breaking a federal law. As far as the other ones, I honestly don't think they will stop harassing you because they aren't legal lenders, BUT, they can't sue you if they are named in the Bankruptcy, heck, they can't sue you anyways because they wouldn't dare show their faces in a court of law. The only thing you can do is file complaints against them with your AG and the FTC, also the BBB. Just make sure you give details about these companies when filing a complaint. When they call, or if the email you, delete the emails and forget about them, just ignore the phone calls, don't even give them the satisfaction of acknowledging them, the more you argue with them, the more they will call. They will tire sooner of talking to thin air then someone to argue with.

Thanks for the information so I shouldn't worry about this collection agency. CashnetUsa keeps sending me emails and I did notify them and gave them my attorney's name. I will be reporting them.

I wouldn't worry about it, just file complaints, and let this collection agency know you are going to file complaints. I have read other members complain about a collection agency hired by CashNetUSA, according to what I've read they are ruthless and have no scruples. Hopefully the more complaints they receive will help in getting this CA put out of business.
