Yes, I did and now they are threating me to freeze my account and go after me.
Here is the scoop: this loan is 20yrs old, i never paid any part of it for that period of time. I started receiving calls a letters about the loan about 2yrs ago. I never did any research and started paying which I know was my biggest mistake. I stopped once and they garnished my bank account.
I started paying and then stop now.
What can I do?

It doesnt matter how old it is....there is no SOL on federal loans. Plus if they are garnishing your bank account, they would also have a judgement against you.
Not much you can do other than pay it. The can garnish your wages without using the court order at 15% or high with it.
