shazzers or paul , ace cash express called me today and said if i do not pay 600 by noon fri they will pursue my case and file it and i had better check out ohio bad check law, i am so tired of this it is an ohio store front but the lady called mr from texas i have no money, shee just yelled at me and told to to seek a laywer if i dad not pay, that they could also get me for bank fraud. again is this a criminal or cival matter. todd

Was this an employee of Ace Cash Express? Did you file a complaint with the FTC, AG and BBB? I am going to give you a link to a consumer attorney's website, you will be able to locate one in your state. They are FREE consumer advocate lawyers. Tomorrow, contact one of them and tell them about the threats that have been made, ask them if what Ace Cash is telling you is the truth, or are they feeding you BS.
