every day i get phone calls telling me i am going to jail, i did bank fraud etc, i can not take it anymore, i have talked to the great people on this forums, the police dept, the ag office, and a law firm all have tolde me that i did not comit a crimefor defaulting on a payday advance, but they call every day and say that i am getting charges pressed against me, i am on the brink i live in ohio shazzers and paul have been great i no i am driving 4everyone crazy on this board but i got 3 calls today telling me to get a lawyer because i am being procusited for writing bad checks , i am scared to close my bank account it is now -900 because they keep sending them and i do not have funds they are telling if i close it i am commiting bank fraud, again the storefronts are ace, national check cashers, cashland, always payday i live in ohio, they told me today by 5 someone is coming to my work to arrest me. i told them i do not work i am on unemployment. they just yelled and called me a bum , i am not going to ansewer these calls anymore for the last time what is the worst thing that could happen to me. sorry to be a pain and as they call me a loser.


you don't even talk to them.if they do call,hang up.if you recognize the number don't answer.simple as that.they are trying to irritate,and annoy at this point.don't give them the satisfaction.they know the drill,and are determined to make you miserable by calling.again stop talking to them.it is doing you no good.

yes,but the fact that they call daily tells me that they know the situattion,and would rather harrass and threaten.just ignore them.remember,they can't get anything that way right now.they know this.what they are doing is criminal,and you shouldn't let them do it.the only way to have peace of mind is to ignore them.i remeber shazz saying how OHIO is a one party state in regards to recording calls.get one message or call threatening criminal action,and you have them.then you take action against them.

Yup, I changed my phone number also (cell number), I just explained to my service provider I was receiving harassing calls from an unknown entity, they changed it free.
