I have 6 payday loans 3 storefronts in ohio and 3 online paydayone , cashjar, and integrity advance. I know payone is legal in ohio I called to make arrangements with them and they wanted the full amount yesterday 9/11 ($619.48) did not have could not pay. i got paid yesterday and i have $1.00 in my new checking account I have already closed the old acct no one has my new checking account. I paid $187.50 to cashjar thru pre-paid credit card and I only have 111.50 for integrity that i have not paid yet since i promised them $186.00 pd cashland $252.39, check n go $280.40 and 1st american cash advance $351.15. I was only able to pay 2 of my regular bills and have disconnect notices i can't take this anymore I feel like ending it all I am at my wits end can't keep living like this I sent letters to cashjar and integrity advance like you said on this website. I don't know what to do I have no money at all

You realize of course that Cashjar & Integrity are both illegal lenders? I'm glad you closed your old checking account. You only owe the two illegal lenders the amount you borrowed to begin with, whatever you have paid them so far (including fees & interest) should be deducted from the amount you originally borrowed. I don't care what they say, that is ALL you would owe them. There isn't one single thing they can do to you besides harass the crap out of you. Ignore them, don't talk to them, don't even acknowledge them, my suggestion would be to make payments to them with a money order, via certified return receipt requested mail, at your leisure. This way you will have a documented record of paying them. As far as the store front lenders and Payday One, look over your contract with PaydayOne, are they an installment lender or a payday lender, if your contract state they are a payday lender I don't care what they say, they should NOT have lent you money because Internet payday lenders are NOT legal in Ohio. My next post I am going to give you a few links on how to deal with your store fronts, and how to deal with illegal lenders.

Thanks for the information I am set up on epp for my cashland and my check n go loans however, Payone is legal in Ohio and they would not set up an arrangment with me said because i was in default and was a first time customer that I had to pay in full. I am using a prepaid visa to pay back the online loans. So since they won't set up an arrangement to get the loan paid is so do I have any recourse?
