I also was wondering about HSBC a repo, I cosinged with my son back in April the bikes were sold and a balance of 8500 is left. Can i fight this and not pay it, who are they going to go after him or me???

As I said before (check out the link) you are being treated wrongly here, I am sure. "Repo fees & sales fees" of $8 thousand? Something seems rotten in Denmark to me, but I guess that is only my opinion....
