HSBC is a Repo, I cosigned for my son he had 2 bikes repo in Feb the bikes were sold. I have not heard anything yet.. Are they gonna come after me being a cosigner? can I fight this one seeing that they never contacted me about the past due balacnces I found out when I got the repo papers in the mail.
In fear of not knowing how I would pay for this bill on top of mine I enrolled in a settlement co in June pulled out of it last week, now all my cards are 3 -4 mths behind and I still haven't found a settlement Co I can trust . Help me please....

Or is it too late to get back on the pyt plan with the creditors, I haven't received a collections notice from Chase yet. By entering my acct # I believe is throwing me over to collections...not sure

No, all the cards are in just mmy name. In a 13 How do you know you won't be paying all the debt at a payment youcan't afford. he already pays for all the bills and they use both incomes as a deciding factor.
