I don't think any of yours are legal but I'm not 100% certain, I know that CMG, United Cash Loans, 500Fast Cash and Integrity are definitely not legal lenders, so, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders. I'm not sure about GR Enterprises but you can do a search on this site by typing in the name of the company into the search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum and read what others have said about them.

Thank you guyts so much for the info, like they say knowledge is power. I talked with my bank and made the first step in closing my account. The bank said there is a 24 hour period where there would be able to reopen the account. Well the 24 hours are up and I'm waiting on the calls to begin, so long as there are no deposits on the account it will remain closed. Once again thanks and it's nice to know there is a place to go for help.

I have two loans out right now. Check n go $540.42 and Checksmart $687.50. I am in Ohio. I didn't pay when they were due two weeks ago, they sent the checks to my bank and were sent back, and they offered to let me pay half this week and the rest next pay, but I cant even do that. I told them the best I can do is split it into 3-4 payments but they tell me they cant. I am more than willing to repay my loan but cannot do it all at once, or even half to both companies at once. I am more than willing, and could afford to pay them bi weekly and pay off in four payments. They call me constantly but tell me they cannot do that. What do I do? Ignore the calls and deal with the consequences? Show up at the store with what I can afford in hand? I simply cannot afford to continue to let my bills suffer while I pay these companies $250/mth to let me keep my money. I do accept full responsibility that I took the loans out, but I just cannot pay them back in full and walk away or nothing else gets paid, no gas in the car, and no food on the table.

to jeff.i suggest calling the corporate offices and inform them of this.you should be able to come to a compromise then..now robert,if you paid more than the principle in fees.you owe nothing more.in fact you should by all counts get what you overpaid refunded.
