I think they are with the First Bank of Delaware, and don't lend money personally. All their loan applications get processed by the First Bank of Delaware. So they might just have only online presence. You may also check out the following discussion.

I need some assistance, almost 2 years later, I have paid the principal balance on my pdl's saving the largest for last and that's were we stand today. I had a loan with Think Cash. Today I received a letter in the mail from the law offices of Ed Overcash demanding payment. I will dispute the validity of this loan and ask for supporting documentation. Are there any specific items I need to request in this letter? The detail which supports the total amount they are trying to collect - can I request this be broke down to understand the total charges? Also how do I find out if this loan was valid in the state of KY? Is this law office a bottom feeder? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
