PLEASE HELP ME!!!
I have been trying to contact Dollarflash.com for over a week now about paying off my loan completely and have been unable to make contact. I have also faxed and emailed and nothing. According to their website, they are supposed to take full amount due unless notified otherwise and they have already debited my checking account once for interest only, which I didn't request. To be honest, I don't believe I ever authorized the loan in the first place. What would you recommend I do in order to get this loan paid off and get them out of my life? I reside in Florida. I am willing and able to pay off the loan in full, I just can't get a hold of anyone. If they debit my account again tomorrow (payday) for interest only, I am going to freaking lose it!

Revoke ACH immediately in writing. Talk to your bank about this. Dollar Flash is an illegal lender. You just need to repay the principal amount that you had originally borrowed from them, no interest or finance fees.

Dollar Flash is an illegal lender. You are required to pay them only the principal balance. Don’t pay back them any interest or fees. Close down your bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
