Advice, do I wait?

Thank you all for this great community. It has literally saved me.
I have taken all the proper steps: Hard ACH block on bank account, closed the account and opened up a new one, then sent my wage revocation and the basic letter to the Internet PDL I have been raped by. Via fax, email, and certified mail. I now have a new checking account and savings account at a completely different bank. The manager at my old bank was great and he has the account marked "closed" and it can not be reopened by ACHs.
Just wondering if you all can tell me what to expect from:
Fast Money 911 -- They were great. Verified my address and sent a refund check. Cha ching! They even emailed a PIF.
Payday Loan Yes -- Got an initial bizarre email from JOE COL and then TIM ATKINS at PDL. I responded that I will only make payments to a physical address with a money order. After I wrote that, nada. They left one or two messages but not much since I changed accounts three weeks ago.
Zip 19 -- Heard NOTHING. I did try to log into their site and noticed I was blocked, which can always be a good thing.
My HR department has my wage garnishment revocation, met with them, we are a large city and was assured they have many, many levels of protection to prevent them trying to garnish wages.
Thanks in advance for your advice and help. Should I fight for PIF and/or REFUNDS as with Fast Money 911? They obviously know they made their money, it came within a week.

Actually it's not a wage garnishment; it's a wage assignment. A
Actually it's not a wage garnishment; it's a wage assignment. A wage garnishment only happens if ordered by a judge in a court of law, a wage assignment is a voluntary thing you sign (usually without even realizing) but can be revoked at any time. You'll probably be bombarded by emails and phone calls with all sorts of threats, you'll be told you have committed check fraud, Internet fraud, and be called by people calling themselves "Official Fraud Investigators" why they may even say they are the police department. They always seem to be coming up with new scary titles all the time. My point is, don't buy into it, don't talk to them, don't even acknowledge them, just repeat sending them emails, the same one over and over again, No address, No payments. That is ONLY if you do owe them. Don't let them talk you into a money gram, or using a pre-paid debit card, do it YOUR way this time, tell them money orders (it's the least expensive way and easier to track) via certified return receipt requested, period. That's what I would do!!
