Can someone tell me if these are legal in NM

I am so glad I found this site! However, I have posted a couple other threads asking for assistance and have only had one or very few responses.

PLEASE HELP!!

I need to know if these places are legal in NM:

GECC CASH DIRECT
LOAN POINT USA
LOAN SHOP
CASH CENTRAL
ACE CASH SERVICES
CLK MANAGEMENT
AMERICAN CONSUMER CREDIT
BIG SKY CASH
FAST CASH LOAN
SALARY FAST

I have taken steps with my bank to close my account. I have to sign Statement of Disputed ACH Items.

I have sent letters to these places stating I would pay them only if they send me a mailing address so I can send money orders. The only one I've paid many roll-overs on is American Consumer Credit.
