no cashinminutes is not a legal lender.they broke the law in both phone calls.debts are civil matters, not criminal ones.glad you didn't fall for their threats.one question.
how much was debited by cashinminutes?
if it equaled or was greater than the 200.00.you owe them nothing.they have to threaten arrest because they have no legal recourse.they have to scare money out of people.next time they call demand something in writing, and state you will not talk to them again until you receive it.then hang up.do that everytime they call.in the meantime file AG complaints against them, and look into your state laws in regards to recording calls.complie evidence against them for their illegal threats.

The loan was for $200 and now this woman by the name of Linda Brown keeps calling my phone and saying that mu husband owes $1350 now. She callled my cell phone this afternoon from a restricted number and would not leave a message. So the next time she called I picked up and she stated that she has 2 warrants out for my husband for theft and bank fraud and he will be picked up within the next 10 days and be shipped to Texas. I told her that I was aware that this is a civil matter and not a criminal one. In her words she said, "get a grip bitch ur husbands going to jail and hung up on me. She called me from a cell phone I tried calling back but she never answered, so I shot her a text and she replied but the reply was "Rejected no text file" whatever that means. My husband called her and left her a message and she has yet to return his phone call. What should we do????? The original creditor was cashinminutes, but the so called collection company is Litigation theft Arbitration......Lol
