I live in Wi closed my bank account opened a new one got letters out to United Cash, US Fast Cash, CMG Group, Magnum...no E-mails have been returned no response so far. Is this normal? Will they wait til payday and then get backk? I am so ashamed of myself for getting into this mess. I feel like a big nothing. Thank you for all the support.

I am just scared to death over all of this the biggest being called at work as it is frowned upon highly. Please give me the strength. As soon as things start to roll I will let you know as I am sure I will need guidance and strength and support. You are wonderful!

Unfortunately it's guaranteed that you WILL hear from these companies; but if you're in doubt as to how to proceed, what's required, etc., THIS site is the place to find out. And please, don't feel ashamed, just about all of us here were in your place at one time or other. Please keep us posted.

I just got a paid in full from Magnum I am in shock!!They said the usual about their laws governing but said regardless the lender has no desire to expend non-productive effort by offering services to customes that don't recognize the value of it. No refund but a paid in full should I pursue refund or just be happy with PIF..again i am in total shock!!!

Good for you! Did they send you something in writing (even just an e-mail) saying you were paid in full? I'd hold on to that for sure. Personally speaking, I'd be happy with the PIF, others here can perhaps offer you better advice than I about pursuing for a refund.

Now that your account is closed, be very careful about communications w/ any of the PDL's, because they'll more than likely try to get your new bank account information from you. Sometimes they're so transparent that they send you an "offer" to get even more money and "all you have to do" is provide your bank information! Needless to say when I receive such e-mails, they're immediately deleted.

Please keep us posted on what happens w/ the rest of them.
