Is 500FastCash definitely illegal?

I am almost 100% sure they are but I want to be certain before I send them the standard letter and revoke ACH. I've paid $360 toward a $400 loan and they want another payment of $120 + a final payment of $520. I want to pay the principal, but if they are illegal, no more than that. Thanks for any help.

yes they are a totally illegal pdl.so get your papework out,but

yes they are a totally illegal pdl.so get your papework out,but you did secure your bank account right?just sending an ACH revocation form won't work with them.they will in fact go in and clean you out if you haven't closed or put a block on your account.

What if I have my bank do an ACH block on any debits they attempt? Will they just come in under a different name? Also, is it accurate to say in the letter that they've been "ordered" to cease lending to CA residents?

some might dispute that,but they really aren't legal or supppose

paul is right, putting a block on them alone will not work as they know many, many ways of getting in (they can use other names, come in as an electronic check, etc.) a hard, no debit block will work but eventually it is best for you to close your account.
