Loan Point USA and Geneva Roth companies are the same

This company is so shady. I was doing some research about the federal government wanting to regulate payday loans and found your site. Its cool that you help people with payday loans and getting out of the mess they cause. I've really learned alot about how much they can hurt people when they say they're going to help them.

I think these Loan Point USA and Geneva Roth companies that keep popping up on your site are the same. How do they get away with this? I did a google search and found out these these two companies are actually the same company. How do they manage that?

Anyway, here's a link to a case in California that confirms that Loan Point USA and Geneva Roth companies are the same, and that they have been doing business illegally. Hopefully they'll get these places shut down.

Yes, I got a loan from LoanPointUSA and they never told me what my minimum payment was and now they are going to take out $90.00 out of my account on the 30th of this month and I don't have that to spare. And now I've read all this stuff about them, what do I do? I really need an answer and some help of some kind. Can anyone help me on this? I was trying to get a loan from someone else to pay them but for some strange reason, I can't get one ANYWHERE or from ANYONE! I don't know what to do. My email is Any suggestions would really be appreciated.
