i need help with this issue. i have been paying 25.00 per month on this debt through NCA (National Credit Adjusters). i was letting them take it out of my checking, but due to unauthorized activity, our bank advised us to open a new account. we did that and now this colection agency called 7:50 p.m. last evening and the gentleman said to me "are you in hiding?" i immediately went at him and i was angry. i am on social security my only income and have been trying to pay peter to pay paul so to speak. you get one debt and then the letters start pouring in from all of them... anyway he will not accept the fact that i will not divulge my new account info i said i would continue as agreed to pay by money order. he wants us to get a prepaid card and pu the funds on there. is this acceptable or not? i dont know what to do i am right now waiting for a lawyer in my state of florida to call for advice also. please respond i need to contact this guy by monday.... thank you:confused:
