Has anyone hear of Eclipse Resolutions, LLC? Apparently they are a colection agency..Was wondering if anyone has worked with them..

What happened? Have they contacted you over an account?
They just contacted me and threatened me with irs notification.

Are they contacting you over an unpaid account? Do you recognise the debt?
You can try sending a DV to them.
