by who?an internet lender.debts are civil matters.especially when your state prohibits pdl's.even the supposed CSO'S can't have you arrested.anyone who says that is trying to scare you into either not closing your account,or paying them however they want.you can't be arrested for owing a debt.especially one that's more than likely illegal in your state.

Please check the "sticky" on this forum as to Maryland PDL laws; which Payday loan companies are you dealing with? Chances are very good, esp. if they're internet, the PDl's aren't legal and they're more than likely not even located in the United States!. In the meantime, if you're having PDL trouble, please contact the MD Commission of Financial Regulation in Baltimore at 410 230 6100; between them and this forum they'll help you work your way out of the PDL mess.
