Finance Charges

Shazzers has been amazing with answering my questions, but I had a few more and needed some help.
I live in California and have two unlicensed PDL's out (both internet-based), one from Ace Cash Services and one from Sandpoint Capital, LLC. Shazzers informed me of how to handle them with the ACH revocation letter and closing my account once all of my debits have gone through, so here are my questions:
1) I have paid $270 in finance charges to Ace Cash Services and borrowed $300 initially. Do I owe them the full $300 back, or can I tell them that I just owe them $30 since they've dinged me (2) $90 finances charges/month for a total of $270....
2) I have paid $360 in finance charges on a loan of $300 from Sandpoint Capital. Does this mean I can request a paid in full statement and I don't owe them anything more?
I'm not sure what power I have since these places aren't licensed but I do want to settle up and be rid of these issues once and for all...please help!!!
