How do you do a pro rata plan?

I have went through Financial Peace at my church, and I am determined to pay off ALL my debt by this spring. I have made pay arrangements with 3 of my creditors, and should have them paid in 3 months, since the balances are small.
However, I do have some hefty balances with a hospital (hubby had 3 heart attacks - no insurance!), and 4 credit cards (which I do pay on, but just the minimum)
We learned in FP about setting up a pro rata plan, but I am still confused on how to do it....can anyone here give me some insight? Thanks!
