My dad only has source of income is his social security benefit. He has a credit card debt of about $30,000 which he cannot afford to pay right now and he stop paying them. But some how the credit card freezing his bank account. He can not take out any money from his bank account until he has to deal with his credit card company. How can he get out of this situation. Can the credit card company bring judgment against him and garnish his social security benefit.

Since my answer did not satisfy you, I went and did a little bit of research.... http://www.ssdanswers.com/2006/11/13/can-a-judgment-creditor-garnish-the-checking-account-where-my-social-security-direct-deposit-goes/
Yes even if he was sued and they won, the only thing they can do
Yes even if he was sued and they won, the only thing they can do is ask him to pay. Nobody not even a judge can force him to pay from his social security.
If they are freezing his bank account he needs to go there and tell them that income in that account is from SS and is exempt. that should stop anyone from getting to his account.
