What are the advantages of getting debt free?

No annoy phone calls from creditors, being able to have money to do spur of the moment things even take trips.
Not having to worry about paying creditors if you lose your job,
Not having to worry about paying creditors if you lose your job, get sick, get your hours cut. Being able to do things with your kids, friends, family. Being able to go on a vacation, even if its a short one. Not having to live from paycheck to paycheck. and finally less STRESS.

Having filed a chapter 7 previously in my life, I can answer this.
A. Your stress level drops immediately
B. Doesn't matter if you drive a car that you have to learn to work on yourself. That's just something you'll get good at and eventually even find relaxing. The fact is if you loose your job, a bank cannot repossess a car you hold the title to.
c. You can actually save money, buy things and never have to worry about a bill.
D. You can choose to build a nest egg without worrying about someone taking it from you.
