I have a judgment against me from LVNV Funding. It is not listed on any of my credit reports as a public record, did I get lucky on this? It was 2 years ago when this happened and I still have not paid the judgment as I am on SSDI and my income is limited right now.
Is the court supposed to put it on my credit report?

Yeah you probably got lucky. Because court cases don't usually contain your SSN or DOB, all the bureaus have to go by in reporting judgments is your name and address. If you have a common name, or if the address in your credit file isn't the same as the address in the court record, likely the bureaus don't know which person's credit file to put that judgment on.
