PDL in Florida

I have 3 internet PDL as follows:

Sagamore (8772873428) borrowed 300 paid 810
ACE Cash Service (866 840 2030) borrowed 300 paid 360
Payday Loan Yes (??) borrowed 350 paid 560

I bank at BofA and they told me that in order to stop them from taking money I would have to close my account due to fraud - otherwise any ACH transaction in then next 45 days would force my account open.

I want to make sure that I know exactly what to say in my letters to these lenders and who I should contact about them - BBB, ACH processor, Attny General, Office of Finance in my state, the lender's banks??

Can you all please guide me in this process ? I get paid Thursday and they are due to w/d on Friday and I want to prevent this from happening.
