CND sent letter threatening wage garnishment

Hi All-
Yesterday in the mail I received a letter from CashNDash (illegal lender) with Wage Garnishment in bold letters across the top of it and then in the body they stated that they are going to contact my employer for a wage garnishment. Now I know for that they would need to court so I am guessing that they are trying to put through a wage assignment. I revoked their right to do this via email twice and I sent a blanket revokation for any lender to my payroll department through my local HR rep. Is there anything else I need to do? My HR rep said that our payroll dept. is well aware of the difference of a GARNISHMENT and an ASSIGNMENT. I just want to make sure all my bases are covered at this point.
Thanks in advance!

you should be fine if your HR is aware of the situation.
