I over paid Cash advance Network $650 for a loan of $350. I closed my bank account and now I am getting the phone calls etc. Most of PDL lenders are willing:cool: to work with me to pay back the principles I owe. But, I have read on the site that Cash Advance Network is owned and ran by Native Americans and the state Laws to not apply to them. I live in CA. Has anyone delt with this company and I will take any advice.
I also want to thank the people on this site for all the help. It was nice to get a paycheck that was not gone as soon as it was deposited.

I dealt with this Company and received responses from them about thier tribal laws. I have not paid them another dime as I over paid them as well. I have not heard from them in about a year now........I need to touch wood on that statement.
