National Arbitration Forum and 500FastCash?

Has any one heard of them or of filing a claim on a PDL provider with them? I was looking at some papers on my loan with 500FastCash and there is a clause in there stating I would not take "legal" action against them, but instead would go through this forum. Filed a complaint against them with the BBB. It was like an automated response both on my complaint and on my refusal and rebuttal - same reply from them both times - get this one "We recognize this complaint as a response to a template of a form letter circulating the Internet. This form letter is full of mis-leading and inaccurate information. Unless this customer has a specific complaint regarding the handling of their account, we do not believe a response is warranted. Thank you for your consideration in this matter." My compaint was that I wanted my interest and fees, etc. back on my loan because they are not a legal provider or CSO in my state! Crazy. We will see where this goes.
