Do anyone knows anything about Expresscashstore, or even dealt with them My very very best friend is having a hard time. She think it's scam. I try to do some research only thing I can find was on there website
they the suppose to be located in nixa MO according to the Utah department of financial certficate it's expire 05/01/08-04/30/09
she gave me there physcial number 775-284-7743 that were they call her from ... this is NV number not even closed to Utah.

They aren't even listed at the BBB. Is this an Internet lender?

They are internet lenders. Their website address is "www.expresscashstore.com". They even have a snapshot of their Utah license posted in the site, though the license was valid till April 30th 2009, which implies that they are right now not licensed in the state if they haven't renewed it.
